Dickens Feast Deventer
This year the 25th edition of the Dickens Feast in Deventer will be taking place, on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of December 2015. The 19th century city of Charles Dickens will revive with all it's glory in the center of the town. In the historical Bergkwartier at least 950 characters from the famous books from this English writer will come to life: Scrooge and Oliver Twist, Mr. Pickwick and Christmas Carol Singers, from orphaned children to office clerks and fancy folk. The Dickens Feast in Deventer is renowned nationally as a Christmas event which has special allure and quality. The Dickens Feast will be opened from 11.00 to 17.00 each day en is visited every year by at least 150.000 visitors. Entrance is free.

Christmas market Valkenburg
From the 13th of November to the 3rd of January 2016 the trench town Valkenburg in the south of Limburg will be transformed to the Christmas town Valkenburg.
