Amsterdam Canal Tours

You may have heard about it, Amsterdam offers the option of embarking on a "canal tour" with your family, right through the canals of Amsterdam. You can choose to disembark somewhere along the way and to continue exploring the city on foot, or to complete the entire tour in approximately 110 minutes.


You'll find lots of different animals it this city zoo. You can look at the animals both indoors and outdoors.

Museum Steam Streetcar Hoorn-Medemblik

Go on an exciting journey through time with the steam streetcar from Hoorn to Medemblik. From there, you can take a boat to Enkhuizen, where you will be able to visit the South Sea Museum.

Nature area Het Twiske

This recreational area just north of Amsterdam offers you the chance to get a breath of fresh air and to take a walk along picturesque villages, over the dikes and through the polder landscape. It is located at approximately 20 minutes by car from our resort

Tea Garden Overleek

This tea garden is located in the countryside. You'll be able to enjoy a wonderful high tea here, among other things. After having enjoyed a drink or something to eat, you can get into a silent boat and take it along the narrow irrigation ditches and small lakes through the historic village of Broek in Waterland. The "Zaanse Schans" is a unique living- and working neighbourhood, full of turning (rotating) wind-mills, ancient (traditional) crafts, special museums and beautiful houses , which are made of green wood.
